AI? Let's connect your production.
Digitise your production first, then your AI agent can plan, schedule, analyse and readjust work using Tark’s real data.
Your AI agent
Will we finish this week’s work?
Not quite. The plan holds more hours than the team puts in.
| This week | Hours |
|---|---|
| Planned work | 92 h |
| Done in an average week | 78 h |
| Short | 14 h |
One person’s workload is too high. Shall I propose a new split?
Work lives in heads and on paper. Put it on record.
AI reads only what is on record. When the work lives in the supervisor’s memory and notebook, AI adds little.
-
The supervisor knows who’s absent. The agent doesn’t.
It travels by phone and in the corridor. It never reaches the system.
-
Two plans exist. AI cannot tell which is current.
Two versions, both a little out of date. AI cannot tell which one holds.
-
Hours stay on paper. Overruns surface late.
Work done reaches the computer at month end. Nobody sees the gap to the estimate in time.
Tark puts the work on record. The agent reads it there.
Tark links your systems' data to the work done. The agent sees who did the work, where, and for whom. It reads projects, tasks, hours and offers.

Your AI agent
Ask about the plan, the workload and the hours. The agent answers from Tark data.
Missing a system you need? We’ll find a way to connect it.
Connect once. Then ask.
You add the connection in your AI tool’s settings. No programming.
-
Add the connection. Use the address we provide.
Add the Tark connection in your AI tool’s settings. We give you the address.
-
Log in. Approve the requested access.
The AI tool asks for read or write access. Log in with your Tark user and approve the access you want to allow.
-
Ask a question. Get a table or summary.
Type the question in your own words. The agent reads the data from Tark and answers with a table or a summary.

These examples compare workloads, queues and hours, then show how to reassign tasks.
-
Find the overload. Before the deadline.
The agent adds up the estimated hours of open tasks per person. The overload shows before a deadline slips.
- You ask
- Planner
- Data
- Open tasks, assignees and estimates

YouWho has the highest workload this week?

-
Find the queue. See where work waits.
The agent reads production tasks by step. The supervisor sees where the queue grows and which job has no one assigned.

-
Compare hours with the estimate. Spot the overrun.
The agent compares the hours logged on each project with its estimate. The project manager sees the overrun while the work runs, not at invoicing.

Rebalance the work. You decide.
The agent builds a proposal from workload and due dates. Ask it to show the change before it saves.

Your user. Your access rights.
Manage the connection in Tark.
- Access The AI tool asks for read or write access.
- Consent You approve access on Tark’s consent screen. Revoke it at any time under Profile → Connected apps in your Tark user settings.
- Log Every agent request is recorded in Tark: the user, the AI tool and the kind of request.
- Limits The agent is read-only unless you approve write access. It never exceeds your user’s rights in Tark. An admin decides who may connect.
Questions and answers
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that connects an AI tool to other systems. The agent uses it to ask Tark for data.
Which AI tool does it work with?
Any AI tool that supports an MCP connection with sign-in. On the call we look at what your company already uses.
What can the agent change?
With write access approved, the agent can add or change tasks, projects, time entries, clients, leads, quotes, contracts and recipes, archive tasks and create a sales order from a won quote. The planner moves production tasks in Tark; the agent never sends emails.
What can the agent not see yet?
Machines, OEE, the shift schedule and financial reports. They are in Tark, but the agent connection does not read them yet.
Where does the data go?
The data the agent reads goes to the AI tool you chose. Pick a tool whose data terms suit your company.
How quickly is it up and running?
One module, one location, one month: at the end of the month you have a measured result and decide whether to continue.
